DID YOU TRAIN YOUR BRAIN TODAY?
NEUROPTIMAL® NEUROFEEDBACK (N.F.D.) – FOR A BETTER LIFE
What is NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback?
This neuroscientific technique trains our brains to minimize stress and discomfort and helps restore self-confidence.
It improves our well-being – both mental and physical.
NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback helps the brain to reorganize itself.
Better sleep
Handling stress
Enhanced concentration
When can NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback help?
The system greatly improves concentration, it also helps with dyslexia, dyspraxia, depression, stress, phobias, burnout and others.
It is also very appreciated by athletes, entrepreneurs and other pro-active people, helping them improve their performance.
The NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback method is a way to deal with some disorders such as:
- Learning difficulties
- Sleep difficulties
- Memory difficulties
- Eating disorders
- Chronic pain
- Tinnitus
- T.D.H
How does NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback enhance resilience?
Resilience is the ability to recover from trauma. The shocks prevent the person from continuing life in a "normal" way.
The fact of giving information to the brain permanently, during each session and to make a "feedback" on its functioning, will make it more flexible, enabling the brain to become more resilient because it will train and return each time to its optimal functioning.
It is also very appreciated by athletes, entrepreneurs and other pro-active people, helping them improve their performance.
Your well-being depends on a healthy and trained brain
Your brain is involved in everything you do - how you think, how you feel, how you act, how you get along with other people.
And when you brain works right, you work right. However, when your brain is troubled, you are much more likely to have trouble in your life.
With a healthy brain, you're happier, healthier, wealthier, you're wiser, you're more creative, more innovative. When your brain is not healthy, for whatever reason: you had a brain injury, you have a terrible diet, you live in a toxic environment, then you're sadder, sicker, poorer, not as smart. You're more rigid, and you're inflexible, which is the opposite of innovation.
Your brain is the most complicated organ in the universe.
There is nothing as complex as the human brain. It is estimated we have 100 billion nerve cells and each nerve cell is connected to other nerve cells with up to 10,000 individual connections between cells.
Which means you have more connections in your skull than there are stars in the Universe.
Your brain is only 2% of your body's weight, but it uses 20% to 30% of the calories that you consume. So, of the breakfast you had this morning, or the lunch you had this afternoon, almost a third of it goes to feed 2% of your body's weight. Your brain is the most expensive real estate in your body.
How it works?
By means of sensors placed on the skull, our software analyzes the electrical activity of the brain and sends back information on its own functioning. It is this concept of return of information expressed by the term "Feedback".
It is the repetition of this "Feedback" that generates a positive change over the course of a few sessions.
How it is applied?
It is a technique that teaches the brain to be effective while also being gentle, and complements psychotherapeutic or medical treatment. Although NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback is quite an advanced practice, it safe because it is not in any way invasive and has no side effects.
Five sensors are placed on the skull while the client relaxes, listening to music through headphones. Signals from the brain are sensed and analyzed. Then the software feeds information about its dysfunctions back to the brain during minute interruptions to the music.
This enables the brain to self-correct and reorganize itself.
